NEMO confirms earthquakes in St Lucia and Dominica
NewsCASTRIES, St Lucia -- On May 27, 2009 at 5.00 pm an earthquake occurred east of St Lucia. The event was located at 14.00 degrees North and 60.86 degrees West. It measured 3.4 on the Richter scale at a depth of 48 kilometers. A few residents in the Ravine Toutrelle/ Marchand area felt the tremor.
